What software do you work in?

Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for drafting and modelling, and Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, and Twinmotion for rendering. We adopt your file naming, layer structure, and title blocks so the output drops straight into your project.

How much does it cost?

Hourly rates run from $20 to 60 depending on the service. We also offer monthly retainers from $1,200 to 2,500 and dedicated resources from $3,000 to 5,000 per month. The rand-dollar exchange rate is what makes this structurally cheaper, not a promotional discount.

Is the free sample really free?

Yes. Your first engagement includes a free sample deliverable, one render, one documentation page, or one model, so you can judge the quality before committing. No contract, no cost.

How do we send you files?

Whatever you already use: Dropbox, Google Drive, BIM 360, or WeTransfer. We confirm receipt within two hours.

Is my work kept confidential?

Always. NDAs are standard, and your clients, projects, and intellectual property stay protected.

How does the time zone actually help?

We work in South African time (UTC+2), which overlaps US East Coast mornings. You brief us at the end of your day and the work is moving while you sleep.

Are your construction documents US code-aware?

Yes. Our CD sets account for IBC, ADA, and local zoning requirements, and we coordinate with your structural and MEP consultants.
